Reminds me of when the guy in @LukeSavenije's server started spamming @everyone, then called someone a f****** and the mods were like "eh i mean i dunno if I should ban"

that guy got banned pretty fast, but not this fast

@TVwazhere i wasn't awake when that happened unfortunately. we've said some groundrules now that spammers can be directly kicked/banned

@LukeSavenije I just removed everyone permissions. 

There is no reason for a non mod to use that command.

but he mentioned per role all the time, it could even have been a spambot

@LukeSavenije Ah, yeah I wasn't in the mood, so I kicked him saying in the kick "no, but kicking you will" since he wanted to challenge me so bad.

@lewdicrous the setting affects both.
