Natural selection and capitalism usually favor the strongest or those in greatest number, not the ones most in need of assistance. In my opinion, that's exactly what government is for.
 
In many places open LGBT individuals don't constitute enough of the population to deprive a business of much patronage. It's not the businesses operating in San Francisco and Portland that anyone is worried about, my concern is for Grocery Store X somewhere in rural Nebraska that has three or four regular gay patrons who still deserve the same dignity as everyone else. Capitalism alone would be perfectly content with those people having to drive two hours to the next-closest grocery store, under the right conditions.

I build walls and bottle up emotions, music seems to help with composure or like getting my mind off whatever is bugging me but today in prob & stats we took a test and once I finished my test I wasn't completely sure that it was alright to listen to music, I found out that I wasn't allowed to. Which frankly I think is stupid, I finished the test if I were dumb enough to share answers with someone it'd be obvious. I was listening to song by Arcade Fire on Spotify. 
But anyways after I took the earbuds out, after a few minutes of sitting there in silence I was having a hard time keeping my composure or keeping my mind of whatever was sort of bothering me.
5th hour, the last hour of the day went a little better since there wasn't that sort of down time.
 
I think largely what my problem has been is that the few friends I have and talked to the most last year, I don't have lunch with them and since they take more advanced classes or different classes than ones a regular student at my school can take I don't have any classes with them so that doesn't help.
Honestly most of my friends are more so acquaintances even the ones I talked to last year. Which that guy I liked was also sort on the cusp of being an acquaintance and a friend to me. Honestly, I'm not exactly sure if I even have a true "friend" or what. The guy that I've known from elementary, idk he might also sort of be on that fence or cusp of being a friend and an acquaintance too.
 
I think also what I'm having a hard time with is maybe trying to rekindle what might've been friendships back from middle school now. The reason for the partition is that they go to a different school then I, as I transferred to their school because the one that I didn't like the school that I was geographically assigned to. I wanted to go to with them to their school but it's just too far and the school district doesn't provide transportation since it would've been an open enrollment. I'm not saying that I don't like my current school because I think it's fine. But really, when I started at my school I didn't really have any acquaintances or friends. I must say that, over the past 3 years now it has gotten a little better. Also, I think it should be said but I'm not trying to say that like I only focus on the quantity because for me I believe the quality of friend is far more important, but like to a degree having a decent number of friends can be a nice thing too and is something I really would love but see no way that I can really see of getting to that point of having a fair number of good friends. 
 
At least I'm still liking my job, so that good at least. Also to be self-conscious about the length of this post, I know most of you probably won't read it. It's fine I don't expect you to. But I felt the need to write about what has been bothering me for someone to maybe see so that I'm not regurgitating it back to myself by either not writing it down and keeping it to my self or writing it down for no-one to see. I guess it goes back to that whole building a wall thing and having a façade.

Yeah, I love my state, I hold it in higher regards than the country that it is affiliated with. Because I believe if the the US as whole can't seek unity, I believe the Minnesotan people can seek unity for ourselves and be more successful at it.
Sure, I think Minnesota could use a better flag though.
Lyrics are good, the instrumentals could be a bit more triumphant. But that's not incredibly important, what is, is that the Minnesotan people know about it. Hell I didn't even really know about it until recently.

Yeah there's roughly 13,000 lakes or something like that. It's also known as the land of 10,000 lakes. Technically Manitoba has a beat but that's not really fair because like Manitoba encompasses a lot more land, but they have like 100,000 lakes. Idk why but Manitoba is sort of an interesting province. I guess that's because Ontario, British Columbia and Québec are bigger in population (iirc)
