  1. What I mean is the expectation is not to become rich from the venture but be able to sustain my current way of living and provide for my future family. It's definitely going to need a sizeable investment which is the next step, consistently great food and beverage is going to be key for sure! I appreciate your input, thank you for adding to the discussion!
  2. I really appreciate the insight, you make some excellent points. With your experience it's reassuring that you don't think it's a terrible idea. Thank you for your time!
  3. Good afternoon all! It's amazing how far along the forum has come over the years, I'm looking forward to getting back into the discussions! My question to the forum is about a venture I want to dive into but I need some advice before I get the ball rolling. I'm not sure if everyone remembers this video. When I first saw this video I was in love with the concept, we don't have anything like it in Melbourne. I've wanted to start a cafe for a while and I've finally started doing thorough research into it's viability, I have a friend who is an amazing chef with a great deal of experience in the industry. I want to combine my love of technology/gaming culture with my obsession over simple, tasty food. I want to start out small and use the main lounge as an area for consumption and socialising with a small room designed to be hired out with items like projectors and consoles, slowly expanding as funds allow. Am I crazy? I'm not in it for profit, aslong as I can pay the bills and have some funds left over for the holiday savings. It would be great if some Australians shared their insight but any contribution would be greatly appreciated. Take care everyone, hope everyone is enjoying their year so far! Ryan
  4. Brushed aluminium... drool. Also the backlit keyboard is a big plus.
  5. I really like the implementation of the rear mounted buttons and it's hard to ignore the screen on the G3. Best of luck to everyone!
  6. Read the CoC, information is fine but you can't link to your channel unfortunately.
  7. My dad worked on the engines of these for years, amazing piece of technology.
  8. Then buy a server and do what you want, why should you be allowed to ruin everyone else's experience.
  9. All hacks do is ruin the experience for yourself and others, if you don't have the patience for DayZ then go and play something else.
  10. If you decide to go with DayZ feel free to add me on Steam and I can give you a guided tour around Chernarus... although it will be a walking tour so it might take a while.
  11. Honestly at this stage with over 170 hours in the Standalone I would say Arma 3. DayZ will be great, but not for a while.
  12. I don't know if it's a lack of sleep but I have no idea what you're talking about. Edit - Oh, Space Citizen...
  13. Good point but there are also names like Foo Fighters and Korn... just looking for ideas or words that catch my attention that's all.
  14. This might not be the right forum to come to looking for ideas but it's certainly worth a shot. An epic quest has arisen as my band needs a name to get things rolling but everything that we have come up with hasn't really fit with the sound we're going for. Many band names are stupid but most at least fit the genre, anyone who is willing to help will have my gratitude and of course credit will be given if a suggested name was chosen. This is a good example of the sound we're going for, many thanks and all the best everyone.
