    Just to make sure, there is a switch on the back of the PSU you have to flip, make sure that is set to "I" for open circuit.

    Should solve it then. If you continue to get these notifications, scan the phone with multiple antimalware programs to try to get rid of it.
     
    Last resort is to wipe the phone.
