  1. Most likely dead. What is heating up I guess is the lithium battery that reacted with the water in the washing machine. Even if they were still in warranty, they would not honor it.
  2. I suggest you to rma it, it obviously shouldn't do that. I have a viper ultimate and have no issues with the left or right clicks (yes, they are stiffer than the usual razer hair trigger clicks) and as far as I know the optical switches don't get the double clicking problem that is plaguing other razer and logitech mice.
  3. Tbh you can just get a PCI-E riser from that 1x slot to a 16x slot and put a graphics card in there aswell, any more and you pretty much need another motherboard (that's why mining specific motherboards have lots of 1x slots). As for PSU I would check the PSU tier list, a generic 750w could be bad.
  4. Unless you're running multiple graphic cards you don't need another motherboard, for mining a pci-e 1x slot is enough. A thing I would focus on is getting a good PSU if the system is gonna run 24/7.
  5. No, you could run a single core processor from 10 years ago and it wouldn't make a difference, and for storage you need enough for OS+Programs and that's pretty much it.
  6. Bad powersupplies can just fail and send whatever voltage and amperage to your components, breaking them and possibly starting fires (just imagine your CPU getting direct power from the wall, or just a motherboard capacitor exploding). This is the current PSU Tier List: Returning to the ITX build you would need a case and possibly a CPU cooler if you aren't using the stock one or a very small one. Oh and ofc a PSU that doesn't burn your house down (possibly a SFX sized unit if you want an ITX case that doesn't support standard ATX PSU's).
  7. With the current price of graphics cards it's very hard to build a pc under a budget. Does the 1k include monitor and peripherals or only the pc?
  8. It's pushing the limit a bit, especially if you want to mine 24/7. I wouldn't do it with such a meh psu.
  9. What Coolermaster psu is it? Pretty much every brand has good and bad units. I would check the PSU tier list.
  10. Depends what graphic cards you are using, if you are running 2 gt1030s for some reason It'll be fine but if you run 2 rtx3090s then good luck. I wouldn't push the power supply if it's a generic crap unit tho.
  11. Please don't mine on a laptop, you're just asking for trouble. Laptops are not designed to be pushed at 100% all the time so you will sooner or later cook the thing up.
  12. If it's stable, it's fine. Furmark is one hell of a stress test and stresses the graphics card much more than demanding games.
  13. Yes you can overclock it no problem, just pay attention to the temperatures and increase fan speed if they get a little too high for comfort.
  14. I currently use the Razer Viper Ultimate, coming from a Corsair Glaive RGB. I gotta say razer made many improvements on the wireless and on the sensor side of things since the last time I used their mice. Another thing to note, I run at high sensitivity at 6500 dpi, so that may make some difference.
  15. You use pretty much the same gripstyle as I do (I don't use the thumbrest), I would reccomend trying a smaller mouse since that fixed a lot of things for me.
  16. Never sat on the omega, I have the Titan. Imo it's the most comfortable chair I've ever used, but I only had 3 good computer chairs so far (dxracer formula, ficmax and the titan).
  17. Well I had the DXracer formula series before the Titan and I can say that the Titan is better in every way.
  18. No downsides to my knowledge, cushion and backrest are pretty firm (not in a bad way). The Titan is more oriented to taller individuals than the omega.
  19. As an owner of a Secretlab Titan if the quality of the Omega is the same as the Titan I would absolutely go for it.
  20. The glaive is a bit bigger than the deathadder and mamba. I went from a mamba te to the glaive rgb and it's not quite as comfortable for me, but it works good. Only problem that the glaive has is that the rubber on the scroll wheel gets loose after a short time and you have to put a dot of superglue under it from time to time (every 6 months for me). Another small petty issue is that the mouse is rgb and that is for all the lights on it exept the 5 dpi setting lights which are blue.
  21. At 1080p this looks like CPU bottleneck.
  22. Not gonna be easy, only 2015 have been made and people generally don't give out the original keys on their limited edition keyboard. Imo just get a normal white spacebar.
  23. Unless you are running very long display cables quality doesn't make a difference (digital signal). Trying another cable would be good in case the one you have is completely dead.
  24. I meant the displayport cable, if the gpu works with hdmi chances are that the pcie power cables it's using are fine (maybe doublecheck that the cables and the graphics card are fully seated in even tho that shouldn't be it).
  25. Then it should be fine, check the cable and try wiggling it around. If it still doesn't work then I think it might be the monitor itself.
