Based on your description, Corsair K70 or Strafe are good options, but depending on where you buy the price may be out of your budget by a bit.
Hope you find the one you're looking for!

I appreciate the story, I used to be a huge fan for their mice, since my first purchased g300 for my laptop, basically every mouse amd gamepad I have is from them. The problem is not (mainly) about my basically $10 mouse. It's about their customer support's inability of providing accurate info, failure to notify customer when there's issue that might delay the shipment, multiple times of not making their supposed delivery date, and generally failed communication with customer. It's more of afraid that this kind of support service will become the new norm, that's what makes me wanna stay away from their further product(s).
Courtesy of @exousia7, I dig through a few local forums, and realized that It's not just me who have their Logitech product stuck in the RMA flow, but basically everyone who have their product sent through the process since mid to late July.
Even they know there's a problem nation wide, they still refuse to actively contact their customer, just a call or text saying "because xxx, you might expect delay, and a delivery date" would makes this situation so much better. But no, they choose to be silent, and obfuscated the truth from the customer, until they couldn't wait and call them directly. This kind of passive attitude makes the experience so much worse than what it could've been. What if today it's not my dad's mouse that broke, but my daily driver g502? g700s? That would guarantee I have to buy another one. This is what makes me so furious now thinking about all this.
But to be fair, I have to admit that the micro-switch that Logitech refuse to change for literally years is the main culprit here. Every time I need to have my mice fixed, it's because the f--king micro-switch. They would rather cheap-out on a $1 micro-switch, and to have me fix my mice and went through this basically hell process. ALL of my Logitech mice have died at least once in their warranty lifespan. Before this incident, I still bought their product because of their strong RMA support, if this doesn't exist anymore, I don't know if I could justify buying their products anymore. Probably not.

Anyway, what I'm saying is, this is not just a $10 mouse breakdown. I know that Logitech makes great product, but if their customer support will be like this from now on, I just won't buy it anymore.

Thanks! I think I'll go with the Kinzu since it's a lot cheaper and the mouse pad that I bought is a Steelseries QCK Mini

Painted the whole keyboard white, then added GeekKeys rainbow keycaps. Had to mod the spacebar and stabilizers to get it to fit, but it works perfectly now  I love it

I don't believe I've posted here before, but I figure I might as well.
I have four mechs sitting in front of me, and I have four more in the mail/in production as I'm typing this. I'm afraid that I have a problem, and that I'm going to have to stop it before I head back to school, or it could become serious. As I'm looking to be an engineering student though, hopefully I'll be able to design and build my own boards here in the next year or two. That would be awesome!

The last Razer keyboard I bought ended up getting RMA's twice before I got a suitable product. I haven't bought Razer since.

I, too, bought a Razer keyboard during the CES 50% sale. I got the BlackWidow TE Stealth (with Razer oranges), and I was actually using it for a couple of days until I found out there was a problem with the keyboard......so I asked for RMA # and I just shipped it out today, hopefully I can get a full replacement soon.

Bought a couple of their products during their CES appreciation sale event. If it weren't for the discounts I never would've bought so many Razer peripherals.

True, and honestly even though kailh switches have been bashed on and compared to Cherry switches as inferior, it still feels better than typing on membrane switches IMO. In the case with Razer, however, I am only willing to pay half or less the price tag they put on theor keyboards.

For the prices I've paid, the only comparable options were really cheap no-name brands using kailh switches (well Razer is a big-name brand using kailh switches lol).

I'll be honest I would't buy Razer products at full retail price. However, that is the one benefit of them being a huge company, You can often(in the us anyway) find them on sale for even up to half off or more of the shelf tag prices. I do own 2 blackwidow ultimates (a 2013 and 2014 version both bought for around $50) Still using both at work and don't regret a thing purchasing them at that price. I also have a deathadder 3g and chroma I also use at my office.(chroma I grabbed for like 35 bucks?) both working still. I've had to clean the sensor on the 3G a couple times but the things pretty old since I bought it fairly close to release.

To be honest as far as mice go my k/d doesn't change switching from my Fk1 to a deathadder, G502, Sensei, or my old mx518 for that matter. For some people it may, I don't know?
The Blackwidow ulti. at its kind of standard sale point at 90-100 bucks does fall into what I feel is really an appropriate price range for it. For having mechanical switches, backlighting, dedicated macro keys, software, I like that it has usb and headphone/ mic pass through as well.

I'm not really a razer fanboy in the slightest. I have one of about every brand of peripheral now and am currently not using anything from razer.(except at work ofc) I'm just speaking from my personal experience with them over the past probably at least 8 years of owning different razer products.

So to sum things up from that jumbled mess I just wrote:
-They're alright products. Not the best, but alright.
-Buy something from them on sale because they have them pretty often.
-Use Razer stuff if you want.

That's about all that was important.

Ducky Shine Mini - I needed desk space back badly. Taking a bit to get used to the arrow keys, but so far worth it.

YES! I also own a G400s, it has been a while since I've used it (left it on another setup at another place), but every time I return to use it the rubber doesn't deteriorate. And I live in a country where >50% humidity is pretty normal.....

Oh yeah definitely. I know that on a rubber surface mouse you definitely won't get as much dirt as what you will get on a glossy surface. I was referring to the rubber actually deteriorating over time, and afterwards it will become sticky and then it will get dirty. But then when that happens you'll probably be shopping for a new mouse

I have an Abyssus mirror edition really like the glossy surface as I don't have to ever worry about the rubber surface getting sticky over time
