Officially it only supports a 240mm rad, but i did find one example where someone fit a 280mm rad in it. You are only able to fit the 4 middle screws to hold the rad to the case though.

The stutter is not constant, so I need to force it by doing heavy work. I'll send the results of latencymon.

run malwarebytes and a few online scanners (emsisoft, eset, bitdefender, herdprotect, basically any non rouge av you can get your hands on)

And...if its NOT nothing... lets just assume it is...right?

You should be able to see whats starting at startup, and where that file is located.
Whats listed in your Startup options?
Do you know how to check?
 
Open Task Manager and go to the Startup Tab.
Is there ANYTHING in there that looks OUT of place... (Or just put a screenshot up for us to check)
 
If your familiar with Task manager...Is there anything under the "Details" tab , (It's a process list, whats currently running, what its using)
Anything seem iffy or using lots of resources

yeah avast is awful. detection rates are bang average and it makes ur pc slow af. if you have windows xp-8.1 get bitdefender free, if you run 10 get something like avira

yep. when it comes to security you HAVE to be paranoid these days. i installed windows 7 on my last xp machine today and i shouldnt have put it off this long

yeah. also run adwcleaner and jrt. if it has a cool and destructive payload like older malware (if its malware) i hope you made backups
