Considering you broke multiple rules, to be exact Spamming in multiple channels, Advertising, begging for cards and other things. I don't think you will be coming back on the server.     I don't think you were banned, as it's not in the requirements to have a mobile number for discord itself, but for the LTT server as verification we do need a phone number that can receive text messages.

    I'm making my first computer in these next few months, so I have to work for 2-3 months extra just to afford the card I want (a GTX 1080) I have already bought everything except the graphics card.
