So update, I redid everything one more time and nothing same thing. Took the whole thing apart did the build outside the computer case and nothing. So I ended up getting a new board will be here after the weekend! Hopefully that's the fix!

Thats strange. usually the AIOs have a 4 pin fan connector just populated with the RPM signal wire.
did you try changing the header to see if you can control it from a different one?

I think running the pump just on the sata power is probably okay unless the pump noise bothers you. It will just run at full speed which shouldn't really hurt it more than just normal use would.

    Try this:

Caveat is you need to add each program's executable individually, which is a pain...

I have had that issue both when I had bad memory, bad cpu, screwed up drivers (probably not your problem based on op)
Could try running memtest86 to see if it fails anything there

This would be my next step in trying to solve the issue you're having. Any errors show up in event viewer under System (Windows Logs > System)? Event ID 41 perhaps? I'd suspect there is more of a concern due to the previous power supply and only having 750W making a popping sound. Power supplies can either damage or destroy other components when they die.

I had an issue with my graphics card, an RX 6900XT black screen restarting once after owning it for a month; DDU drivers and reinstall, black screen in game followed by black screen a minute after logging back in, hard resetting the PC and VGA light comes on. Had to RMA and the card was defective- no issues since the replacement came.

Buying a new cable doesn't prevent a failure if you don't plug either of them in fully. That was the reason they were melting. The new cable won't prevent this from happening.

Are you plugging it into a PCI slot? (the two at the bottom) If so, that is incompatible with those.

Are the PCIe 1x slots unblocked at the end so you can plug a bigger card in?

    Thanks a lot guys !

I know now more or less what to do. I will get RTX 3060Ti , 1TB m.2 SSD and a better PSU. I can still OC my CPU to 4.6 GHz and enabled XMP for current RAM so it's now 3000Mhz.

Not sure whats available in poland but I can see quite a few ddr4 2x16 3200 kits at around 70USD (Kingston, G.Skill) (just browsed pc partpicker for 32gb 3000-4000mhz kits) (that cpu technically only supports 2133-2400 but you should be able to use xmp or manual overclock to achieve better speeds)

I would highly recommend getting more storage. 1TB nvme drives are very affordable (at least from what I can tell)
    -
I would also consider a better GPU, if you want to play newer games its going to be difficult to enjoy some of the newer eye candy with a 1660.
check the used market first, sometimes you can get some good deals on hardware there.

might look like a joke, but I have literally had this work (resetting 3-4 times or flashing rom/efi 3-4 times before use)

do you have any other hardware to test with (test the 8g module or the cpu?) it sounds like either some bios issue or a hardware failure.

a couple of thoughts. The PSU is only 550W which should be okay for this system but if you choose to upgrade in the future you will probably need more watts (especially if GPUs keep getting more power hungry)
Also I dont think you would really need an X570 board unless you want some features only available on that chipset. see below.

could also shave some $ off the top by dropping to a non x570 chipset. see this system board

has built in Wifi and M.2 as well as 2 x16 pcie slots. that should fit the bill as well as save another ~$40 (unless you buy on amazon where you only save $20)

    omg, something so simple lmao

I didn't know I could connect them "reversed", I thought I could only use that if the router was on the place with the three sockets, but connecting them the way you mentioned worked flawlessly, thanks a lot!

my house came with those connections in every room all connected in the basement, they were for phones (for some reason) and I just changed the wiring in the connector to work for T586A so my computer network could talk.

to see if they are wired for computers you can probably just hook an ethernet cable from your gateway to [3] and see if in the other room (the one with ports 1-3) if a device plugged in to [3] can see the internet. if if can see the internet then you can simply plug another cable from [3]>[1] or [3]>[2] and test on the other end to make sure they work. (if you dont have a tester that is).

Moving your modem is probably not worth it unless you want to DIY drywall to run new coax. but maybe someone has an idea for you.

Ahh ok, most likely that mouse uses standard encoder.

Usually, the shell part has an elongated section that bends over the base, essentially locking it in place.
I bent the "latch" carefully using thin metal spudger & small long-nosed plier.
But yeah, you will need to desolder it first.
My suggestion is to just replace the encoder with a new one, since you will need to desolder & resolder to clean it's inside anyway.
I cleaned mine because my mouse's encoder was specially made and none out there can replace it.

    Don't worry, it's not a dumb question.

How to measure encoder length :
    https://mouseclub.co/pages/encoder-guide

If you want to just do the simplest cleaning and hope for the best , get a bottle of contact cleaner, then blast the encoder with it, aiming at slits & crevices..

Exciting that you're building your first pc!

If you care alot about minecraft ray tracing, the nvidia cards are better in this regard (despite the rx6800 being awesome for normal rasterization!).
Id say the 5600x won't bottleneck you for the most part and you can save a nice amount going this way but with the crazy framerates you'll want in cs:go this can rely on the cpu more.

I personally would go for a more reputable PSU manufacturer as the price difference isn't crazy.

Value is hard for other people to gauge for you, but you're on the right track!
