Hi everyone,

I built my pc yesterday and everything was fine. I installed windows, I installed GeForce expérience, and I installed the Gigabyte App Center to installed the drivers I needed. When I installed the intel drivers, suddenly i got a black screen, but the PC was still working. CPU LED on the motherboard was also illuminated red. I tried to turn off the PC with the power button un the front IO and also tried to restart it by pressing the restart button in the front IO aswell. I could not access my BIOS too. So I switch OFF the power supply. At this point, I am lost. I"ll try to do a reset on the switch on the motherboard later today and check all my connections. Any idea on what it could be?? Everything was installed properly. Thank you!

Do you remember what driver the gigabyte software was trying to install when you had the problem?

I think resetting cmos is a good idea, I wonder if you can get back to bios if you try that.

Let us know if anything changes

Turned on the PC when I got home and everything was fine. I then had problems with OneDrive so I just reinstalled windows and the drivers and everything seams to be working good. The only thing that I don't understand is my sys_fan_pump_6 connector on my mother board. i tried to change the rpm in the bios for my AIO but it does seem to work.

Thats strange. usually the AIOs have a 4 pin fan connector just populated with the RPM signal wire.

did you try changing the header to see if you can control it from a different one?

I think running the pump just on the sata power is probably okay unless the pump noise bothers you. It will just run at full speed which shouldn't really hurt it more than just normal use would.
