  1. I don't know if its better but the corsair commander pro and node/lighting controller/strips might be worth looking at. only had mine for a couple weeks so cant comment on how long it will last.
  2. it has a detachable 4 bay case aswell so takes more than 2, looks outdated and doesn't seem to have/take many fans tbh
  3. 570x is semi open design airflow is ample, and the glass sits about 1 inch above the intakes, sat running my 1950x at 30c using a h115i and my 1080 hasn't gone over 60c to even use the fans with the light gaming I do, rocket league and cs:s. I do have 6sp120s and the 2 stock 140s that came on the h115i though at 800ish rpm "idle" and its silent.
  4. what motherboard do you have ? if it has m2 support you could still get the 570x and spend the left over on an m2 or 2
  5. 570x, can fit 6-9x120mm fans depending on your set up, its semi open for airflow and looks mint, cable managments a lil of a pain in the ass but workable downside is it only holds 2x3.5" hdds n 2x 2.5".
  6. using a simple lil 2m rgb strip myself no remote control just the buttons on the strip but only a couple quid, I'm sure ud find similar on the .com .ca site https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B016B53AJA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  7. could try following this http://www.instructables.com/id/Running-mini-PCI-e-3G-card-with-USB-mini-PCI-e-t/ beyond me though gl with your project
  8. if its a mini pci-e u could buy an adapter. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/sis.html?_nkw=MINI+PCI+E+WWAN+TO+USB+ADAPTER+WITH+SIM+CARD+SLOT
  9. no, it was done to generate proprietary sales nothing more, just another marketing gimmick.
  10. could just put a vesa bracket on the case for a monitor
  11. fan controller like the nzxt grid+ or splitters but you don't really give any info to your issue
  12. draw it free hand and scan the images to the pc ? test build it outa cardboard/wood ? find someone who could put it into a 3d model for you ? find a 3rd party willing to help you and 3d print the parts ?
  13. I know it'll cost a lil more but would you not be easier just getting him a fire stick, chromecast or summit like that
  14. they used to be play.com or bought play out, used play all the time for original xbox games years ago but only used rak 2-3 times, for some deals on memory cards. times I did I had no issues though
  15. might of been an idea to check the link they are 5v strips, so theyd work, as I said though better of with magnetic, sleeved molex stuff.
