  1. Every CPU is different and it is impossible to give a recommended voltage for 5ghz. The way to do it would be to increase the voltage and benchmark until temps are as high as you are comfortable with. After that, increase the cpu speed 100mhz at a time until the computer is unstable.
  2. I was shopping for something similar recently recommend: 1. Thinkpad X1 Carbon 2. Dell XPS 3. Spectre X360 4. LG Gram 5. Asus Zenbook
  3. I wouldn't buy the N7, it's $249, way to expensive for the features it has, and it's manufactured by ECS who normally makes really cheap motherboards
  4. HDMI won't be limited... HDMI 1.4 can do 1440p @ 60hz and HDMI 2.0 can do 4k @ 60hz.
  5. Soon, Ryzen Threadripper will be coming out. The $999 model, the 1950X has 16 cores 32 threads and will defeat the 6950x.
  6. The 7700k will overclock higher but it will be hotter. If the 7700k is the same price as the 6700k, get it instead.
  7. What PSU model is it? If it is cheap it could fail suddenly and unexpectedly
  8. It could be your PSU failing to provide enough power.
  9. i'm silver 1 have 1700 hours
  10. Doesn't mean it won't game. Just look at the Quadro review. The AMD Vega cards may be pretty fast.. we don't know yet
  11. I could be that the RX 480 doesn't like minecraft. I got a RX 480 for christmas to replace my GTX 750ti and when i get home in three days I can test that. I use linux.
  12. Oh come on! Did you not read the thread?!? He said multiple times that he is getting WORSE framerates with the RX 480 than the GTX 750ti.
