By tower do you mean the case? Not sure, there's pcpartpicker.com - You can piece together parts and it'll tell you what is compatible and what isn't

It would depend on the method of cracking the password. There are sites that allow you to enter a password into them and it will judge the strength of the said password. Careful though some may log information...
