I was on my computer today and my second drive, my HDD used for storage kinda started making a loud ticking sound and was super slow, then it didn't open anything up and kinda just died i guess all i have is a 250gb ssd for now :{ anything i could do to fix it?

i have age of wonders 2 and 1 on steam i play them quite a bit, i played then a lot when i was a kid though. i'll probably buy age 3 when it goes on sale or something. also I've known about this game for a while now -

I know nothing about cpu cooling stuff, i have a stock intel cooler for my i5 3570k and i want something better that i could maybe over clock i have $80 to spend and live in canada mobo: asus p8 z77 v pro case : corsair 300r cpu : i5 3570k
