  1. Hey Everyone, My brother is putting together his new PC. We're looking for recommendations to what our best fan layout is for cooling. He has a Corsair 230T case which has 2 fan slots on the front, 2 on top and 1 at the rear. The big question we have regarding layout is where best to put the rad/fan for his Corsair H80? Top or back? My thoughts were 2 intake at the front and 2 output at the top with the rad/fan on that back pulling air in? What do you all think? Would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks
  2. Source: https://www.rt.com/news/363642-websites-outage-ddos-attack/ Source: http://bgr.com/2016/10/21/is-twitter-down-right-now-dyn-ddos/ Source: https://techcrunch.com/2016/10/21/many-sites-including-twitter-and-spotify-suffering-outage/ So it looks like another major DDOS attack is happening. This time it's causing multiple sites to be down by attacking a public DNS service. It looks like it's affecting some ISP's more than others. These attacks are getting crazy
  3. Figured out what the issue was. The information in the title field was set when the file was created which means Windows doesn't have a way to edit itself. I ended using mkvtoolkit to fix it. Super simple too. Thanks all for the help. @ryan27968 You were on the right track. Just needed the right tool. Thanks!
  4. I'm at my wits end here. Can't get this to work for the life of me.
  5. That was a good idea but sadly still no. It just reverts back to what's currently set. It's on an external drive. I moved to C: and still nothing. I've already verified the permissions and ownership are correct however for giggles I ran that program anyways but still nothing. I'll try that and see what happens.
  6. Sadly, this did not work. I get the same error on the copied file.
  7. I'll try that. Thanks I've already verified the ownership. It's quite simple to change actually. Thanks though.
  8. So, I'm trying to remove Title info of a movie file I have in the file properties as it's what Emby is reading as the movie name but it's incorrect. When I right click and go to properties>details>remove properties and personal information and then check "Title" and then okay it's prompting that I need administrator permission. So I click "continue" and then it says denied. " You require permission from "my computer username." I checked the permissions and ownership of the file in question and it's my username so I don't know why it's not allowing me to change.
  9. Well if you have the blurays to rip then you could but as mentioned by several others it would be best to wait on HEVC.
  10. You should never re-encode something that's already been encoded once in my opinion. It loses too much.
  11. Amazon Prime Music works for me. Doesn't have everything or as much but it usually has what I want. I don't listen to music too often so it works and doesn't cost anything extra. I'll stick with it.
  12. We've also been using it at the company I work for and I have to disagree with you. All our communication is still done via Office Email and Lync. The only thing Facebook@Work has been used for is a replacement for team pages where they just post the current happenings in people's lives if they want. It's just like Facebook in real life except more corporate because everyone's boss is on it too.
  13. We have this at my company. I do not see the point of it at all.
  14. You'll probably find the best help at their forums. http://forum.pinguyos.com
  15. Also, you may want to run anti-virus and malware. That's something those can do.
  16. It's outside the free upgrade period so unfortunately, no. Unless you want to run an activated install of Windows 10.
  17. It's for Star Citizen. It's still in production. This is to purchase ship you'll be able to use in-game when released. It's a method they use to help fund the production of the game.
  18. It still amazes me what people shell out for this game. I mean it looks amazing and I'm excited to play but I'm not that into it lol
  19. Didn't get this from the at least 2 times LTT said they are going to do this?
  20. Newegg seems to have a pretty strict price-match policy. Only items marked with price guarantee are eligible for price match and this product doe not seem to be.
  21. A majority of the time it's the elderly that screwed over. Not all, a big majority maybe but there are tons of places that still have call centers in the US. Where I live in Arizona is actually home to a huge number of call centers due to our weather. Most companies these days typically use overseas call centers as overflow or overnights.
