  1. You know you are being set too much HW when your History homework document is 6.2MB, with only 5 tiny pictures....
  2. 'Oooh look Mummy, I made a logo!' *Copy Paster Razer logo of internet*
  3. If I am allowed to enter a second one, 50, if not stick with my first post.
  4. PCIe lanes dictate how many PCIe-connected devices you can have, like GPUs, Sound cards, network cards, and fast SSDs. The CPU has 16, and the motherboard has 20/16. Using just the CPU PCIe lanes, you can have up to two GPUs. That leaves the rest of the chipset (motherboard) lanes for other devices, which you may not even be using. It doesn't matter. Incorrect.
  5. I own the Corsair 250D and I can tell you it is amazing. It is not the smallest ITX case avilable, but is pretty much no compromise; beautiful looks, window, fully dust filtered, 2 3.5" bays, 2 2.5" bays, ATX PSU support, 2x 80mm fan support at the back, 2x 120mm fan support on the side, and 120/140/200mm fan support at front, enough space for a thin 120/240mm radiator on the side, or a thick 120/140mm radiator at the front. The only fault is cable management. While it isn't hard to make the window view look clean, trying to make the whole thing clean is incredibly hard - many, many zipties needed.
  6. Basically all you need to know is that if you want to be able to safely overclock your cpu you need Z170, otherwise out of those 3 I would go with the H170 mobo.
  7. Better handle on drivers that refuse to let me play Star Wars Battlefront II without issues ;-;
  8. They almost certainly will. Looking at this article, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radeon, every time AMD shrinks die size they release an entirely new series of cards, excluding iGPUs used in their APUs.

    PSA: The Intel Core i3 is enough for web-browsi…

    An i3 is plenty for anything up to casual gaming, even if it only has 4GB of ram, and no GPU. That was the family prebuilt I used to use. CSGO would run at 40fps all low, which was fine for me. I now have an i5 6500 and an r9 380, so I can actually play other games now :) Also I ran 3DMark on my PC, I am 7th best without OCing with my specs, and all the results around me were OCed. Lol.
  10. Save money by going with WD blue. They are quieter, and the Improved speed from blacks will be almost unnoticed if used as a storage drive.
  11. He should be able to... I have an i5 6500 and an r9 380 and with everything set to high at 1080p I get a consistent 225fps.
  12. Compare a modern day Barracuda with a modern blue and that would be fair. Comparing a black, high end wd to a normal seagate is stupid. You said that 'Nothing from Seagate has been up to par in a long time'. This is flat out WRONG. The enterprise drives and 99% of their other drives are fine.
  13. Let me guess, you had a basic baracuda or something. Their enterprise drives are VERY good. Not all products from them are bad. That's like saying the AX1600i is bad because the cx500 is bad, makes no sense.

    RIP Bowie...

    Best music video on YT:
  15. 511C? 'Normal Tempereature' 'XDDD' not a joke.... riight. Anyways, with the 300 series there is TINY amounts of difference, almost none at all. Stop banking on outdated cards, you're as bad as the people that still claim Nvidia have amazing drivers.
  16. Please tell me you know the title has a pound sign, not a euro sign... Anyways, G100S, £19.99 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-G100s-Optical-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B00CJAEX7A
  17. I hadn't thought of a display piece, I understand now. Lol.
