    Infinite Windows Boot Loop

aight. Does that mean I need a new windows key?
  2. Hi So I made a mistake. My sister's computer had a virus so she asked for my help. I went to boot into windows safe mode (through msconfig method), but that didn't work. I instead chose to do a "MSI factory reset" because it was a new laptop and she didn't care if I partitioned the drive. After that was done preparing or something, it said to proceed downloading windows, I have to get out of safe mode. I pressed okay and assumed it would do it's thing, but it keeps asking the same thing. How do I get out of this factory reset/safe mode loop? thanks This laptop has Windows 10

    Computer Blue Screening

Hi My pc has had the blue screen of death a few times this week and has been unexplainable slow. It's not like my I'm playing Rise of the Tomb raider on maxed settings. I am usually just browsing the internet with 3 tabs open and then my pc crashes. My build should be on my profile. The task manager showed this disk and memory were maxed but I didn't even have anything open at the time Help thanks

    My PC still doesn't work

does anyone know any place where I can test my parts by any chance, or at least somewhere where they actually do a good job at troubleshooting?

    My PC still doesn't work

Hi I'm not sure if this belongs in this forum (sorry) I want to upgrade to Ryzen. My PC is currently not working (you can look at my previous troubleshooting posts for more details). I went to Micro Center and they said it was my power supply, so I got a new psu and guess what... it still doesn't work. I even used a paper clip to test the PSU and it definitely works without the rest of my pc. I am positive that it is the motherboard (but I am not 100% sure because I don't have another motherboard to test). Should I sell my two Intel G3258 Pentiums (both 1 year old) for $60 each and my 8gb ram for $25? Should I not upgrade to Ryzen and risk buying a new motherboard (even though there is a chance it might not work)? This is what I'm thinking about (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130731&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-VigLink2-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=8167372&SID=j2o5xpgx8u000a1700053). Right now, I have about $140 dollars, but that is not enough to upgrade, so that is why I want to sell my parts. I'm sorry if this is a really messy and scattered post. I'm just kind if My specs: CPU Intel Pentium G3258 Motherboard AsRock Z97 Extreme 3 RAM Kingston Hyper X blue (2x04) GPU EVGA GeForce GTX 960 SC Case NZXT s340 (black/blue) Storage WD Blue 1TB Hard Drive PSU EVGA SuperNOVA 650 Display(s) Acer IPS 1080p 24” monitor (insert random letters and numbers here) Cooling Hyper 212 Evo Keyboard Logitech K120 Mouse cheap mouse I found at target Sound Audio Technica m40x Operating System Windows 10
