  • Biography
(Am I the only unbiased person on the internet? AMD, Intel, Xbox, Playstation, Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, I dgaf what you like. You like what you like.)
I'm a 16 year old PC Enthusiast who started getting interested in PC's when I was around 10. I played on Console for about 3 years until I was 13, then I gathered enough money to build my own PC (Wasn't amazing FX-8320 and R9-280) which I did and I loved it. Since then I sold that and saved up more money to get some better parts and now you can see my current PC down below. I'm probably the most knowledgeable person of computers and networking in my High School. (Not very many people probably 150) I was on my schools' "Tech Team" until I pissed off our IT person somehow.

  1. My school provides laptops to us, but only for school work so I'm looking for a somewhat lightweight, small, and thin laptop for using Ableton and FL Studio while at school. My budget is under $400 USD.
  2. I actually had this like a month ago. I don't know if this is safe, but every morning and every night I would put hydrogen peroxide in the affected area, let that bubble for about 5 minutes, get it all out, then take a q-tip and put isopropyl alcohol on it and swab it in and around my ear. It hurt like a bitch but after doing that for 4-5 days it fixed it.
  3. In terms of clock speeds and cooling, yes.
  4. I have a friend in Belgium who is thinking about buying a new PC. Was wondering if anyone would like to put together an Intel/NVidia PCPartPicker build. Budget is 1500 Euros. Think of it as a competition, best build wins.
  5. I used to put my stuff on Soundcloud, but with ghost producing comes contracts. (Not really "legal" contracts but just me digitally signing a document typed up by the client.) I mainly produce House and Progressive House, but sometimes I like to experiment with Chillstep and other genres of EDM. I use FL Studio and sometimes mess with Ableton to produce. Thanks for the support man!
  6. Thanks man I really appreciate it. Comments like these are what keeps me motivated and doing what I'm doing.
  7. Browser? Try updating your video card drivers or temporarily switching browsers to see if that fixes the problem.
  8. Great, after someone said they check the toilet seat for spiders I've been doing it for about 2 years now. Now I'm going to get into the habit of checking headphones x'D thanks.
  9. I just need to get this all out. Last year was a tough year for me, and it was all my fault. I don't have any idea why I'm posting this on here, but here I am. Guess I want to get it off my chest. (Gonna keep it short.) I was diagnosed with depression, and none of the medications would help me so I took painkillers almost every day before school, at first took ones that were prescribed to my deceased father (I'm pretty sure he was addicted, he needed them or he could barely get out of bed, often times taking more than the dose given to him, so he had about 3 different kinds). I almost ran out, but not a week later my mom fell and broke her wrist. She was prescribed hydrocodone/apap and took those until she didn't need them so I started taking those after I'd ran out of my other ones so I could stay "happy". I went through 3/4 of the school year taking pills and not feeling any guilt for it. I gained about 30 pounds because I would just eat, eat, and eat more. December is when everything hit me like a fucking train. I decided to get drunk on straight vodka. Friend was over so he drank a little bit and I probably drank about 3/4 of a Liter. I chased 4 Hydrocodone down with it, don't remember much after that. I slightly, barely woke up to my mom screaming and crying, don't remember what happened after that. I woke up once again, but this time in the ER. I was informed that I could've died for doing what I did. I lied about my friend and said he didn't drink any; didn't want to get him in trouble. I'm really thankful he got my mom when he did or I could quite possibly be dead right now. Anyways, I felt sooooo much guilt after putting my mom and my friend through that, which was a good thing. I decided to change my life around and being supported by my mother and my friends I got off the painkillers and started dieting and exercising. I lost about 50-60 pounds up to now, still working at it. Haven't taken any more painkillers since then, only smoking weed with a few friends at most once a month. I've been getting into music production for the past few months and have made $350 total ghost producing for random people. I'm just really happy and proud with myself and feel like at least getting my story out somewhere idk. Btw this all happened when I was 15, I'm 16 now.
  10. Thanks man! My goal is to at most 180 before the Summer ends which will be fairly easy as long as I keep going long and hard! Drinking vegetable and kale smoothies is TERRIBLE at first but once I got used to them I quite enjoy the taste. Got acquired to it in about 3 weeks of drinking once every morning and lunch time.
  11. I've never really been comfortable in my own body until I learned to accept what I have and do as much as I can to change it. I honestly don't know why I'm coming here for this but oh well. I started running on the elliptical and dieting in January at around 255 pounds. Since then I've lost over 60 pounds and keep on losing weight. I've been very happy with myself and even more motivated than ever; continuing to shed the pounds. Just ran 15 miles in about an hour and 15 minutes and my feet are killing me, definitely going to be blistered tomorrow (even though it is 3 in the morning posting this) but gotta toughen them up if I want to continue going for long distances. I'm putting this out there for anyone who isn't very motivated to lose weight but really wants to. Once you start doing it and keep at it, it really is hard to stop because of the mood boosts and just general improvement in almost everything. Just take my advice and start; at least try. Thanks! :DDDDDD
  12. No problem man! Yes, I just took a look at the 212x and can confirm that the fan(s) can be attached higher or lower.
