what specs do you want for your monitor? but otherwise you can simply search for the cheapest monitor on a site like ncix...
yeah it will impact performance but probably not that much.
your english is just pretty bad, not your fault but don't put it on me. Then I guess you have a GPU with this board? otherwise any monitor should work, it's usually limited by software, but if you have a somewhat recent os it should be fine.
probably not worth the wait, and it will probably be months later (not june july) so if you can wait, why not but i wouldn't worry too much about the new generation.
it's extemely difficult to upgrade a laptop, especially a cpu/motherboard. The cpu is not your usual desktop cpu to begin with, then the motherboards are custom like @HPWebcamAble said.
they honestly won't win back the market with APUs. Like they said on the wanshow, it feels like AMD is in that kind of spot where they focus on the low end and gave up on the mid to high end which is really unfortunate (and it seems to be slowly becoming the case for gpus too...).
I don't know the amd cpu but just check benchmarks on the itnernet. About futureproofing, it is pretty much pointless for a cpu but obviously the more powerful one will be better a longer time...
speedfan is a complicated software to use but it is still very powerful. As far as i know you have to manually detect the fans. Jayz2cents made a video very recently about how to control your fans with speedfan.
