  1. Careful putting it in your mouth bra.
  2. For the love of god leave the base clock alone. There are all sorts of things tied to it and you could corrupt your data on your drives as the SATA is tied to it. The board may or may not overclock but if it does you will likely need to flash the bios to an unlocked one and chances are you will be limited to 1.2v as the board only has a 4 pin CPU power socket. I run a Giga B85N board and got 4.2ghz so it's well worth researching
  3. This I like. I like it a lot.
  4. http://www.cooltek.de/en/powered-by-jonsbo/umx-series/104/umx2?c=268 Is about as close as you're going to get. Is that Bob Ross in your avatar? my mother met him we have signed paintings RIP.
  5. PSU is complete overkill. I don't even run 1300w for my hex core SLI rig. Case is not to my taste but hey, it's just a case. You should definitely be using water on that CPU IMO. Mind you if you're not into overclocking why bother.
  6. The DD cooler is OK, just don't overclock as they have no VRM cooling.
  7. I really like this. Mostly because you didn't spend $4000 on having some plastic printed. Tell you what dude you really need to braid that PSU in red to do it justice. Will look really nice. This is one of the best budget builds I've ever seen. I really mean that too. It looks every bit as good as the real thing and cost practically nothing. That I like !
  8. Thanks. It's all set up now and installing 180 updates lmao.
  9. OK so I started the build today. PCIE power And then....
  10. Ever farted so hard your back cracked?

      Laputacake

      Surprisingly no

  11. The cables came back today And here was the rig with the cover panels in. Sadly about two seconds after I took that shot the larger one fell out, hit the floor and snapped in two. I have made another one that I think looks better but I was all out of silver dinoc so I had to cover it in green. It's not a problem as it will follow the colour scheme
  12. The only part I can say I don't like is the internal black panel with the holes in. It would have looked much better with a panel over it and the air brushing continued inside. The rest though is quite stunning and I laud your attention to detail. My OCD sensor exploded just trying to take it all in.
  13. The dust dude. My sinuses went on strike just looking at it. Sort it out. Just 'cause you're a dude doesn't mean you shouldn't have pride in your rig.
  14. Shakmods. They're a UK company on Ebay. Total charge was £75 which I'm more than happy with. He basically charged me the price of extensions, even though some of the cables are 45cm long. OK so today I got more done. First of all here is the hard drive mount that holds the two 2.5" drives. It originally only held one, but I made some plates from acrylic. I will obviously be painting the screw heads in black. OK so next up I needed two cover panels for the rig. One is to cover where I accidentally cut out for cable relief, the other is a general cover panel which will hide all of the messy wiring. So mark. And then cut. They will be covered maybe later on today. Then I can set up the plotter and do all of the graphics

    I traded keyboards with athesean1 for a bit, ch…

I was on a Cherry G80 all blues. Then I got a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate BF4 for £30 which is also all blues. Love em, bit noisy though !
  16. Yeah you can pick up an original Titan for around £300 now. The Titan Black is better than the 980 for a few reasons but most notably 6gb VRAM and a far wider memory bus. This allows them to work amazingly well in SLI (which I run in my main rig). The only card out there that's truly better than the Titan Black is Titan X. And we all know what that costs.. My main aim here is to cram as much power into a tiny shell as I can. Spending any more would be pointless I would rather put it into my main rig.
