1600 AF not available in all country. while intel CPU always easy to get in every country in the world.

no... gamer are different with average PC user. of course gamer upgrade their hardware each 2 years but office and enterprise is wont do upgrade as long as the machine works

some of them have strong GPU, you should limit the GPU to GTX 950.

Zotac better because Palit card is highly overclocked. but more badass though ...
