No he had it for years and it was fine he just booted it up and it did this and he can see the SSD and HDD in the Bios

My friends computer passes the boot screen and it just goes to this with the blinking white, line does anybody know how to fix this? and why it's doing this?

I have the first generation Moto 360 and personally I love it and I wear it all the time so I won't mind having a better one but the second generation is still $200 and I'm pretty sure it came out in 2015 when is a new one coming out? if it's somewhat soon then I'll just wait.
