Seems like good old restart of PC worked for whatever reason... I couldn't restart sooner because I was still doing some stuff and I honestly did not thought it would really help

TM5 generaly finds errors significantly faster with a good config. I was just doing memory overclocking for the past 3-4 weeks on my main PC and for example the paid RAM Test from Karhu passed 12000% in over 12h without an error and TM5 found error within first 10minutes. The system is basically unusable while this runs as it will almost max out your RAM to 100% and it may crash due to running out of memory if you interact with the PC. Regarding Core Cycler it's possible your CPU may encounter instability when hitting the max boost clocks. Core Cycler will let individual cores boost to it's maximum clocks briefly and cycle between them to test the stability of max frequencies. If you''ll use your PC while this is running it wont let the cores boost properly.

Did a fresh install of W11 Pro today. Updated to the latest version. Apparently I'm still unable to uninstall Edge or Copilot despite being in EU and I have set everything for Slovakia.
Is the update not rolled out everywhere yet or do I need to do something to get it to uninstall?

How much have you tested with Memtest? Try TM5 with 1usmus_v3 profile and let it complete at least 25 passes without error. You'll have to probably edid the config file to change the max pass count. Also try Core Cycler and let it run for at least two hours. (don't interact with PC when any of those are running)

Is anyone using Discord web app?
Is it always this incredibly slow to load and sluggish?
I was thinking to stick to using web apps instead of installing most of the SW but I feel like I'm being crippled with DIscord on purpose.

More often than not GNOME tends to work way better for me than KDE especially on a laptop when I use trackpad. It's much better and more thought out experience than KDE (in my opinion). Pop OS for example does something you'd need a ton of plugins for to get it working. Very good tiling window manager out of the box with a propper tiling function that is monitor and worskpace agnostic. Even KDE Plasma 6 can't come close to that with it's features right now and that's comparing it to a GNOME 42 based distro... Obviously Cosmic DE will be something interesting to see once it's ready but we are not there yet. Also big feature of PopOS is that you have option of NVIDIA or AMD/Intel support out of the box without hassle. They are now working also on hybrid graphics for Cosmic DE so that it will work with everything as well. For other distros... it really comes down to what it includes by default. Some people want bare OS where they have to install and setup and tweak everything by themselves. I couldn't care less, imo it's just a waste of time. Just get the distro that has the most stuff you want already included and work from that. It's not like you can't remove the extra stuff that's of no use to you. I'm not very well versed in Linux btw... I'm just noob user but I have been using it for a while and do have at least some experience. Just looking at this from my point of view.

Tried Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart with the Dual Sense controller. The adaptive triggers are really nice and the rumble is quite strong as well. Also it worked pretty much out of the box without any tinkering besides pairing the controller with PC and enabling it in Steam controller settings.
I still need to reinstall my system as I've spent a whole month doing nothing but memory overclocking and stability testing so I feel like some stuff may have gotten corrupted.
Since Fedora 40 has not released yet I may just stick to Windows for a little longer. I feel like my main PC has become more of a tinkering machine now as I keep using either my laptop for normal use more often and Steam Deck for games (Playing Persona 4 Golden right now).
I do want to try out the Present Mon 2.0 and some other stuff so Windows is still as tempting on my main PC as trying out Fedora (mainly want to test the VRR on GNOME).

4060ti often can't even beat 3060ti while 4070 is quite a bit better than 3070. 4060ti is really one of the worst value cards. IMO either stick with your 4060 or go all the way to 4070.

I believe it's time to accept that cheating will always be present. At this point anti-cheats are posing the same issue as DRM where paying customers are limited to what they can run the game on. I say let people make and manage their own private servers as it used to work in the past. Make official competitive servers require these kind of restrictions to make it more fair with less chance of cheating. This way poeple will still able to play at least out of competitive setting. I know it's not perfect solution but I doubt there's a perfect solution anyways.

Or in case of an always online game where there's just an illusion of ownership a server based anti-cheat could perhaps be a way better solution than a rootkit based one. Though consisting how people are circumventing kernel based anti-cheats it does not matter what kind of OS you run since you'll be either reading the memory directly from another device or use AI based visual HW cheats that are OS and SW agnostic.

It's a big threat but currently It's out of reach for most people. But your not wrong, AntiCheat will never be a permanent solution and we are reaching a point where it may not even be a temporary one.
Which brings me to this. I personally don't think we are that far off from moving everything to "cloud" based gaming. It's a win for companies as you are already giving up ownership, they have more reason charge you a subscription, you won't get the files, and they wont have to deal with not trusting the host. WTF is up with Google messages draining my battery? I just sent one message and the app isn't even running anymore. My phone is constantly warm as well, this started happening recently quite often.

Hmmm weird. Must be a bug in either the App itself or in the Pixel Skin. Just keep everything up to date and hopefully they'll fix the Bug eventually. I guess if you want you can also report the Bug directly to Google.
