  1. Then just mess around with the Digital Vibrance setting a little. It still won't look as good as an IPS, but it's definately acceptable. I wonder how far could you OC that monitor using Pixel Clock in Precision X.
  2. Ok. Thanks for a quick reply. I'll get the regular version then.
  3. Simple question. I'm looking for a new headset and I like the Siberia V2 (looks great, light-weight, good sound and mic). I'm just not sure if the soundcard which you can buy with it is worth it. So should I buy it with a soundcard or without a one?
  4. If I play at low setting in BF4 (there is not much difference in graphics) I get around 100 fps, so if some people have like 770 or 780 they would get like 200 fps. But also there are games like Counter-Strike, which run at 200 fps or higher usually, so why not. To be honest you don't really need anything like 120 Hz, but it would be cool.
  5. I would much rather like to see some true 240 Hz 24 inch 1920x1080 monitors.
  6. This article is about PC version. That's why we are discussing this here anyway. Limiting a game on 30 fps should be a crime. That is just too much, EA!
  7. Ok, thanks. I didn't know how does it work. I will still personally wait for something like a GTX 860 which should come next year. I'm good so far. I prefer frames over quality and I can run BF4 on low and DotA 2 even maxed out without AA (the only games I play at the moment) without any problem at around 100 fps while running them at my native resolution of 1080p.
  8. I thought it is calculated on the CPU when you have an NVIDIA card. Anyways it is not optimized for using it with NVIDIA cards from what I have heard.
  9. You know what would be interesting? What if you could have an NVIDIA card (for example because of ShadowPlay) and then have an AMD card to run TressFX and Mantle. If that could run at the same time and work together, that would be awesome. Not realistic, but it would be awesome. Obviously that won't happen.
  10. Hmm, this is getting me to wonder. I have a 3570K with stock cooler and in Prime95 at stock it runs at around 67°C. I'm just wondering what would the temperature be like with something like a H100i. I'm guessing it would drop by 10-20°C. Is it possible? And also is it normal or do I have a golden chip (or something close)? I'm currently running at 3.8 GHz with stock cooler at 70°C max.
  11. PaySafeCard might be an option. I will look into where can I get them. Thanks.
  12. I just checked out your BF profile and you don't seem to play much BF3. I mean BF3/4 is/will be my main game, so if you don't play it, there is no point in replying. No offense of course, but I just like that game, so that is what I play.
  13. After playing all kind of multiplayer games alone for 5 years or so, I thought I might try to get someone to play with. Because I'm just sick of playing alone and having an empty friends list. So if anyone in Europe would fancy playing some BF3 (BF4 too hopefully), WarThunder or Dota 2 with a friendly guy across the interwebs add me on Steam or Origin. My nickname is Mr_Sh4rpSh00t3r. Although I'm not too sure if it is possible to add friends on Steam without buying any game. Unfortunately I don't have acredit card. Or to be more precise, my parents don't (I'm 15 years old). Anyways that's that. I would also like to use some teamwork or just play for fun, since that is what it is all about. Having fun, right?
  14. I bet it won't be so hot while playing games. I once tried FurMark with my GTX 650Ti and after like a minute I got temperatures over 80°C and still rising. Shut it down immediatly though. While playing games I get around 65°C. Obviously it is a lot different, but for reference it fits I think.
