    I have 2 fans in the front (intake), 1 rear, and 3 on the top blowing out air. They're all running around  ~1000rpm
     
     
    No fans on the heatsink, i meant passive.

    The 2 fans that came with the cooler have recently been making a high pitch sound, and I dont have any extras that I can use laying around

    Sorry, I meant i5. I'll probably get a 1440p monitor and have my 1080p on the side. Thanks for your help

    Good point, I didn't even think of that :l   I'll probably get the g3258 with an 1150 motherboard like you siad, then upgrade it later.
