    You're obviously missing the point here, his cpu is at 100% because he streams and record while gaming, that why he needs a better processor which the 5820k would help him a lot, since it has 2 more cores.

    I had a Core 2 Quad Q6600 a while ago, its a good processor even for BF3-BF4, but keep in mind that you'll not be able to upgrade and you'll be stuck at LGA 775 which is kinda bad.  So if you want to be happy for a while go for the Q6600+750Ti, but if you want to be more future proof go to the 1155 socket or higher. A good thing to keep in mind is that the Q6600+750TI will perform way better than GT630+I3.
