Moto G 2nd gen. I own one with Android 5.0 and its great. Screen is good, battery can last you through 3 light days or 2 mid usage days, and camera is actually surprisingly good. Stock android aswell

THe xeon wont bottleneck the system but it would be wiser to get a 4690k instead of a xeon. Also maybe save up for an ssd

Nice build. Maybe you could get a cheaper cpu to get a cpu cooler or ssd. You are lucky you get to get parts like this so cheap. Im going to build a pc in this price and with the 960

If you are just gaming get the i5. If you are doing productivity like video editing as well get the 8350. Also if you sre getting the i5 use the rest of the money on a better gpu
