just that you should not mix 1.5 with 1.65 DIMMS

You can also adjust the voltage in the bios

I'd say go for the 2x8 for future upgradeability.

I would go with the Corsair... no not because I am a fanboy but because it's a dual kit, thus dual channel.

stick to dual channels kits
 
Z97 do not support quad channels kit
 
and some mobos may not boot with that many DIMMS

You have a Z97 mainboard, that means you will be best off with dual channel RAM and you can not profit from a quad channel setup, you'd need with your DDR3 X79. And unless you need the amount of RAM like 32GB I'd go rather with a 16GB dual channel setup.

I would go with hyperX fury ddr3
2x8GB kit

Dual kit 2x8 Gb so then you have room for improvement in the future

why do you need 32GB of RAM for?

So it's not 4x4Gb, but 4x8GB? 
 
They will perform the same, so either go with the cheaper set, or with the better looking one. 
 
If it's 4x8GB, the price will be a fair bit more, so unless you need that much RAM, go with the Corsair kit. 

stick to dual 8GB DIMM kits for later upgrades

The 780T looks damn good, performs damn good and is a dream to build in. I recommend the 780T
