  1. for mouse and keyboard you can use a program made by microsoft called mouse without borders. https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=35460
  2. use inspect element, dont be a creep though
  3. turn on the optional filters in ublock origin, specifically all the ones in the annoyances section
  4. try disabling the camera or changing usb ports, ive had this problem before and disabling the camera in steamvr settings fixed it for me.
  5. try making a windows install usb on another pc and use it to reinstall windows again, it sounds like your attempt to reinstall windows was unsuccessfu
  6. My sister has this power supply https://www.scorptec.com.au/product/power-supplies/atx/67142-sst-et650-b/?member_pricing=true and she is upgrading to a ryzen 5600x and a rtx 3070, will this psu be good enough or will she have to get a new one? Thanks.
  7. I want to use it to control the pc for streaming and the windows thing interferes with that
  8. I have an xbox controller connected to my pc and when im in a windows menu like the start menu or settings, the left joystick and d pad navigate the menu. This is annoying because I want to use steam's desktop configuration to control windows and this issue interferes with it. I've tried closing steam and the issue didn't go away. I think it is something that microsoft put in that I don't know how to disable. As you can see in the screenshot it appears like you're navigating with the arrow keys.
  9. thanks, I'm going to be using it to create simulated vfx in houdini so the read and write speeds are actually important.
  10. If I were to get a ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD (https://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Hard-Drives-&-SSDs/SSD-mSATA-&-m.2/76339-ASX8200PNP-1TT-C) would it be compatible with my Asrock z97 extreme6 motherboard at full speed? On the specs of the ssd it says it supports nvme 1.3 but I can't find anything about that on my motherboard's website. (https://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/z97 extreme6/) Thanks for the help.
  11. buy it on sale, online is fun but can be ruined by other players and the prices on everything are set up so that you buy micro transactions (please dont)
