  1. Hi all, I am having some issues with my MBP, 2015. Since upgrading to Big Sur (11.0.1), I have been noticing issues regarding the inbuilt keyboard and trackpad. The issue is that they randomly stop working - regardless if the laptop has been restarted, however the Power button still works like normal. External keyboards and mouse work perfectly fine. I tried re-installing Big Sur completely and this did not help unfortunately, and I have tried to reset the NVRAM and SMC to no avail sadly. The only fix that I have come across is taking the bottom panel off and unplugging and replugging the battery connector. I have also tried replacing the Trackpad cable and sadly that did not fix the issue either. The issue happens at random, and occurs approx. once a week. I could be using the MBP and it would just fail - one thing I've noticed is that the force touch on the keyboard stops working (but I can still click on things) just before the issue occurs. The charge count is over 1000, and the battery does need replacing, but I don't see how the issue would cause the trackpad and keyboard to fail. Thanks all.
  2. Not quite 4K like Sony's Ultra Short Throw Projector, but I suppose this LG Ultra Short Throw Projector doesn't require as much space, or a small loan of a million dollars, so LG gets points for that.
  3. Yeah you'll be fine! Given I want to upgrade from the CX430M, I can survive playing games on full settings with an i5 (4690K) and a GTX 970, I'm not sure how I'm achieving that, but I am.
  4. Last year I got an Xbox One and was sadly affected by the DDOS attacks, and I'll be getting some more games for it this year too, including NFS which is an online only game. This really sucks, as I'm sure it's going to annoy people. But like others have said, the amount of people who say "I only play PC, so it doesn't affect me. LOLOLOLOL PC master-race" is really quite disappointing, and shows how careless some of you are.
  5. LEGO is made out of ABS plastic afaik, so yeah, haven't heard anybody die from that. So no.
  6. If you don't need RGB, and you don't want the number-pad; I'd say the Cooler Master Quickfire Rapid-i But, either way the K70 RGB.
  7. Exactly, the stock cooler is terrible, but I believe that I placed it on the CPU, then took the cooler off and re-sat it to try to make the cable management better, bare in mind this was my first build, so consequently I didn't have any thermal paste, so yeah. The thermal paste probably played a huge factor in that.
  8. My 4690K was running about that hot under load, and about 65-70 on idle, although this was in the summer. Either way, the stock Intel cooler is terrible, and the AMD stock cooler is also probably terrible.
  9. I believe I'm cutting it close with this entry, but anyways here's mine!
  10. I'm in, some nice games there, and well I only have two from that list:)
  11. Ooo, ooo pick me! Well, the 4690k is no slouch, but the 5820k is a tank, literally. Yes, I'd have to get an x99 Mobo and DDR4, but it's an extreme processor, which means I will have even better bragging rights over my friends;)
  12. As much as I need a new PSU as I'm currently living on the edge with a 430w PSU, I'd definitely appreciate that CPU Cooler to replace my stock cooler. Sooooo the CPU Cooler, oh and it looks nice too though!
  13. The Cooler Master Quickfire Rapid-I maybe? I personally don't have it but will be buying it soon:)
  14. With consoles I don't mind about heat, unless it overheats drastically which I can't see happening as my friend has one and we played FIFA for quite some time and it didn't overheat. But noise could matter I didn't pay that much attention to the acoustics of the Xbox One, the noise I can hear is mainly from the Disc Drive and Hard Drive imo.
