  1. Oh look, a cool new graphics card. Certainly going to be wanted by quite a few enthusiAND ITS GONE.
  2. Every time I see one of these headlines, im internally saying to myself "Please don't be another bucket breach... Please don't be another bucket breach... GOD DAMMIT ITS ANOTHER BUCKET BREACH, WHY ARE PEOPLE SO DAMN STUPID?" It takes effort to make an s3 bucket insecure. How do people keep screwing that up?
  3. It probably will make more sense than that 1000$ HDMI cable you reviewed
  4. What I mean is that I feel that Intel is probably going to make another version of the 7700k that is the same, but with a better thermal design just like they did by replacing the 4770k with the 4790k
  5. I wonder if because of this, Intel will release a "devil's canyon" varient of the 7700k (a 7790k, just like what Intel did with the 4790k).
  6. Oh sure, this law makes perfect sense. Force tech companies like Microsoft to engineer a piece of undeletable software that can detect if the hardware is in Florida and censor the internet. Or force companies like Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, and every other hardware manufacturer to make censoring chips that can also detect if the hardware is in Florida and censor the internet somehow. This is a totally logical solution. /s This doesn't make any sense to me as to why Florida lawmakers are going after hardware manufacturer to censor the internet when what they should really do is make the same law, but instead of applying it to hardware sold in Florida, make the Florida ISPs censor the internet for Florida customers. At least that makes more sense than expecting tech companies to spend money to engineer a censor filter into their products that only works in Florida.
  7. A repost, but this is a better post
  8. Wow, finally a color theme where noctua fans will just fit right in
  9. I like this move. I can't wait to see how this will work out for mIcRoSoFt. Or is it MiCrOsOfT? Eh company names are wierd
  10. Linus should get one of these so that he can say he owns a Porsche and a lambo
  11. I actually did get my money from that. Yes, it was a pain in the ass to do, but ultimately worth it since I used the 30$ to buy myself a dual monitor stand to hang two of my monitors off my desk's top shelf over my other 2 monitors. Yes, it sounds stupid and dangerous and yes, the stand was designed to clamp to a desk, not hang from a shelf, but they haven't fallen or slipped off the shelf. In fact, my crappy dorm chair fell onto one of the hanging monitors from my loft bed. Don't ask why I had a chair in my loft bed, I just did at the time. The monitor survived without a scratch, all the chair did was misalign the monitor. I guess what I'm trying to say here is sometimes it's worth it to jump though a few hoops to get essentially free money at the expense of a large cooperation.
  12. I can't wait for the "fly like a g6" jokes this phone will generate. If there's not a fly like a g6 joke in Linus' review of the phone, I'll be disappointed.
  13. I wonder how long it's going to be before someone mods one of these things to have a stattrack counter
  14. I wonder if you could trade a knife to Nzxt to get this case... CSGO jokes aside, what would be really cool is if they made a case based off the Asimov skins. That sort of design would fit better on a computer case than... well... this hideous thing.
  15. Ive seen this kind of quality from battlefield 1 when i was messing around with the resolution scale slider in the options menu durring the beta. setting it to the lowest settings actually enabled my gaming laptop that was equipped with a gtx 460m to run the game at 60fps (with all the other settings set to low and actual resolution set to 720p). The only downside was playing with this pixellated mess made the game virtually unplayable unless i was using shotguns. enemies a decent distance away start to blend into the pixellated mess as moving black squares that look like the surrounding black squares. so i settled for a bit better quality in terms of resolution scaling with a slight fps tradeoff, not ideal but at least now i can actually see things more than 5 feet in front of me clearly. And i didn't mind the lower fps since it was running okayish on a 460m, a gpu whose desktop counterpart didnt even meet the minimum required spec and it still kinda worked.
