Gmod GPU or CPU bound?

Like the title says, is garry's mod gpu or cpu bound? In single player, i get like 100-300 fps, my GPU is at ~50 degrees and cpu is about 30-40*. Also from small tests i have done it looks like running games in full screen is harder on your cpu, is this correct? running full screen makes my cpu run about 5-7* hotter

Definitely a more CPU driven game.
