Core i5 4590 vs 4460

So im building my first pc and we have already ordered most of the parts except the procceser, and im trying to decide between a 4590 and a 4460. I am probably going to get the 4590 but I want to get the opinion of others. 

Core i5 4590 @3.4ghz, EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4gb @1200mhz, MSI Z97s SLI Krait edition, 8gb HyperXFury White @2033mhz, Inside the NZXT S340

not much of a difference, none of them can be overclocked

but for those 20/30$... why not

If I wasn't already going for Skylake, I'd use a 4590 for my current build.

the few extra megahertz should'nt make much of a difference.

Depends on the price difference , but dont pay more than 20$ extra  for it.

4590 is best but the other is in most cases better performance for the money! :D

Thanks guys sorry for the late reply, I would go for an overclocking i5 but i plan on upgrading to an i7 4790k later
