Need some recommendations for a power supply

Hello. I have a fairly mediocre rig, so I've decided to upgrade it a bit. My current Graphics card is Radeon HD 7850, and it's not really performing well any more. I will be getting a GTX 980ti, because I want to run Witcher 3 on Medium-High with 60fps, plus I want my graphics card to last me quite a while. The only problem is, it requires 600W and my PSU is 650W. I don't know anything about PSUs(my current rig was built by a friend), so I need your help.

Here's my current rig:

STC Magnum x7 Case

Intel Core i5-3570 CPU

Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 GPU

Gigabyte Z77M-D3H Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance 16GB RAM

1x2TB + 1x500GB HDD

Some 650W PSU(don't know the exact model/manufacturer, too lazy to check now)

I am planning on upgrading my CPU to something more beefy as well in the nearest future, plus I'd like to get an SSD in addition to my HDDs, so please take that in mind. Oh and by the way, if anyone could also recommend me a CPU that would go along with the GTX980ti quite nicely, that would be awesome! Again, I'd like it to last me quite a long time, plus I am going to be doing some CPU-intensive stuff with my PC, like streaming, recording, editing and rendering.

So yeah. Please help
