How do i get my nvidia 980 ti code?

I bought the gigabyte 980 ti from amazon like 2 weeks ago, and i see that they have a promotional offer that if youbuy it you get metal gear solid 5 code, how do i get it?

my email just says that the graphics card has shipped

depends on the retailer, sometimes when I buy from newegg, they will send me a physical card with the code, or even include it in the GPU box they send me

 

Other times I've gotten the code through email
