CoC question about gaming clips?

I want to just share a clip of epic times with friends on the gaming section of this forum. I've been told that its against the CoC, but it doesnt seem so. I mean it says doing giveaways. I just wanna do clips and maybe start discussions about it here. It'd be nice if people posted MOBA clips on the forums here too so we can have a little community of non-MLG wanna be discussions about epic game moments. Is this against the CoC? I honestly dont think it is but some people told me the last time I posted a video.
