Patriot Memory Torch LE backwards compatible with SATA I?

BigBig5
Go to solution Solved by BigBig5,

Well I found that the Torch LE SSD uses Phison S10 Series Controller. On Phison website it says it supports SATA i/II/II.

I have an old Dell Dimension 4600 with Linux on. It has two SATA I ports on it. Will a Patriot Memory Torch LE be backwards compatible with SATA I? I think it should but on the website it says "Built with a SATAIII 6Gb/s interface that is backwards compatible with SATAII 3Gb/s".
