For cable management and noise levels, the h440. For airflow and (imo) design, Phantom. And honestly the Phantom has pretty good cable management, its just that the h440 has outstanding cable management.

Why not go for the Noctis 450, exactly the same internally as the h440, with NZXT's Phantom line styling... I bought the black one recently... and I have to say it looks sweet as IRL compared the the pictures online.
