Can Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5 Gaming Motherboard used to OC Intel Pentium G3258 processor?

And...

What will be the best OC processor frequency?

it CAN but it will be a huge overkill

you can go with the cheapest H series motherboard and still get to 4.2GHz on stock cooler

Thanks for information.

If I change the stock cooler to an aftermarket CPU cooler,is it still possible that it wont be overkilled?

And what frequency can i roughly go with?

Go with Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo.

 

Expect upto 4.6-4.7 only if your case air flow is good.
