Intensely Confusing Network Probs

The Cool n00B

Recently, I started using Tor, because I can, and I also started using OpenVPN because it was the only free one that I could find. At about the same time that I started using the VPN, Chrome also updated. I started to have network issues whenever I wasn't connected to the VPN. Certain websites, that are completely unrelated to each other are now blocked. Websites that I can no longer go to include twitch, steam, and others that I've never even been to. I've uninstalled the VPN and that didn't work, and the same websites are blocked in Firefox. I'm using Ethernet, and my phone doesn't have any of the same issues. Also, about the picture linked above, the WiFi symbol is there because I'm connected to WiFi and Ethernet at the same time, largely because my WiFi card undisabled itself everytime I restart. The only time when I can visit these websites is when I use Tor. I've checked my firewall and everything, and nothing seems to solve the issue. I've run antivirus scans, and found nothing. Some help would be nice, thanks.
