Gaming Mouse form someone with giant hands.

Penny5837

So here's the problem, I have huge hands and I want a new mouse that I don't have to claw. I was thinking about getting a Logitech G502, but I'm open for other suggestions. If possible I'd refer something either red, black, or white. The color of the G502 is the only thing I don't like about it.

Honestly the G502 is probably the best mouse at the moment but I have heard that people with large hands get hand pain after a while...

i myself have rather large hands, so what you need to do is look for measurements of the device you're looking at.

Though the "black" you are looking for and the black 502 is kind of confusing to me and quite the contradiction.... i myself had the chance to wrap my large hands around the 502, and whilst it's bigger than my older 2 years of use m100, it's still a little narrow and small compared to my hands. measuring my hand, it's about 7 inches minimum, 8 max. i do believe, from bottom of pal to tip of middle finger. you'll be looking for anything from 5 inches to 6 inches of length, to around 3 inches of width if you are looking to PALM the mouse.

THe mouse i use is rather good for palm grip users with larger hands, and it's a very good mouse with an optical sensor. as long as you're not looking for higher than 4000 DPI, or more than 5 macro buttons alongside the normal right left and middle clicks (and scrolls). it is a LITTLE thin, but not painfulyl so unless you grip your mouse rather tightly (with a death grip sorta)

You might want to look into the Mionix Naos 7000. It's designed for palm grippers with large hands.

I realize I spelled it wrong. Damn touch keyboard.

if you are talking about the word form in the title of the post? yeah, i have that problem with a normal rubber dome keyboard, it's a bit of a habit to write form instead of from.

The best way to find out would be trying products first hand as peripherals are quite a subjective topic

There is no best mouse out there, but here are my recommendations:

-Zowie EC1a

-Mionix Naos 7000 or 8000

-Logitech G303

Well I kinda meant to write for, but obviously that didn't work.

Also I rarely ever go above 1000 DPI so max doesn't really matter to me.

for a budget the redragon would be your best bet, however if you're willing to put more money into this choice, then other's can, and probably would, be better for you, however i can still recommend the redragon, as my hybrid grip (half of my palm on it, fingers straight along the mouse fully, no claw knuckle bends) fits rather well and comfortably on it, however i just fully palmed the mouse. whilst a little narrow, it's not half bad.

Again, though, you might wanna consider all choices and list pros and cons, budgets and features, and so on so forth. again, you wanted black, and the 502 you say isn't a good color.. if it's because of the blue LED, then you could leave it off. the redragon has full RGB, as does a few of the options given by others. again, not one is better over the other, just read everything and find what seems right for you

on the 502, you can turn the LED off, but you're still left with the blue tip of the underside panel, and if you want an LED mouse, then the 502 isn't for you, but yeah, the LED on the 502 can be turned off. the redragon, however, you cannot.

just to let you know, you MIGHT wanna wait for the Corsair SCMITAR RGB MMO/MOBA mouse. it's the newest mouse on the block coming out. however, it does seem to have a permanent yellow accent on the left side contrasting it's black main look. though it's 80 bucks on amazon, as it would seem. optical 12000 DPI with a wider grip than the proteus core, though it's length and sensor are unknown. (it's the mouse i'm waiting linus to review on before i make a choice between that or the Proteus core myself. i myself need a much higher DPI than the redragon origin's 4000, due to my small hand movement low sensitivity in game playstyle) but if you're on a budget? then yeah, we'll vote and help out wiht budget options.

Okay, from what I've heard, the corsair mouses are a bit small, but personally I haven't tried the mouse out.

it's their newest one, and whilst i cannot say for certain, it would seem this mouse might be as long as the proteus, around there. the fact is, it's using the 12 button side panel, which takes up a good amount of room, but ALSO the 12 buttons are on a slider, that can either be pushed forward of the mouse for larger handed people, or more back for smaller handed people. until the specs come out, or the reviews pile in, it's completely unknown at this point. i'm optimistic, but we have to wait and see. still, if you dont want blue, or yellow, then proteus core and SCMITAR are not for you, making the redragon or the Naos mice your two best options.

I've been wanting a mechanical keyboard for a while and an actually good mouse. I can't wait till Christmas, because that's when I'm getting my new keyboard and mouse. Also my 970....

I would say take a look at the Rival. The Naos 7000 may be another option.

Ill disagree with that molly due to weight but it's also quite skinny.

You can't not claw or fingertip grip a G303 it's pretty tiny even for average size hands.
