I've been noting GPU-Z telling me of such spikes (VDDC) for 2-3 weeks now - not sure if I should pay any attention to them - clocks don't move, temps don't change. Any ideas? GPU-Z spazzing out?

It looks related to one of the spikes in core clock...

core clock jumps, so my guess there is no.

Do you see the same thing in MSI Afterburner?

AB doesn't show a voltage graph or slider - no numbers where it should be - greyed out
