FreeNas and Plex media server + DVDs/Blurays

Hello!

 

Ok so I'm sort of a noob at the hole Nas/Media server thing and I need a little help.

 

So what I'm trying to do is setup a FreeNas box with a Plex media server plugin, sounds simple enough right? Well here is where it gets complicated.....

I ALSO need the server to support a bluray drive that will automatically rip my DVDs and other media to there respective formats and save them in an organized fashion. I know that sounds insane but that's what i need done.

 

If anybody can help me please do it is greatly appreciated.
