or AMD if you want to use OpenCL rendering in Blender, Sony Vegas or Adobe.

Yeah the 7970 kicks the shit out of anything else in those applications.

Blender doesn't Support OpenCL yet only CUDA.

Has anyone here used Sony Vegas with an AMD GPU, if so, how did it perform?

The specific things I would like to know would be, when playing back a SVP with some effects and say colour correction and maybe some pan and crop added or something simular or just effects in general, how does an AMD GPU perform with that?

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.
