Wireless Network Splitting

My family and I have a mobile home a bit like a caravan in France. The site we are at requires us to buy wifi login details per user for example every device must use different login credentials i want  a way that i can split this connection without using my laptop. (no virtual router). Can you give me any possible solutions.
