RAID 0 Help

Ok so I am upgrading to Windows 10 and I feel like its time to do some hardware upgrades while I'm at it. So I bought a second 128GB Kingston SSD to run in RAID 0 with my other drive I purchased a few months ago. My problem is that in order to run RAID I need both disks to be clean but I don't want to loose my OS or applications, I have an external 500 GB HDD and a MacBook with windows that I can use while my desktop is down. So what should my process be to insure I don't loose anything and to avoid a reinstall of my OS?
