Upgrading to an SSD

I am thinking about adding a ssd to my gaming rig but do not want to reinstall all of my steam games when i get my ssd and install windows on it. Is there any way i can keep my games and install a fresh copy of windows to my ssd?

What? You don't install games on a SSD. You install them on a data drive like a WD Blue 1TB.

I think your only choice would be to delete everything, since you're going to be moving windows to the SSD, you'll need to remove windows from the HDD, and thus everything will be gone, what you can do is backup everything into a big enough USB stick
