Kmashi-customer service.

hey everyone, so most people never heard of kmashi. some no name knock off brand. truth is they mostly make battery banks. they are 1/3-1/2 the price of other brands, so you expect it to be poorly made, falling apart, not the rated capacity, etc.

From my testing of 2 10,000 mah batteries, to their now discontinued 16800mah battery, they ALL hit their rated capacity, and I know my 16800 has had a stupid amount of abuse. it sits in a backpack thrown around and is used literally everyday for atleast 2 hours by 2 devices. It stood up a whole school year of that. well. during a camping trip I left it outside. was covered in condesation in the morning. alas, it failed to charge things. my fault, I let it get soaked. and its well over a year old, so warranty is nonexistant most likely.

anyway, for shits and grins I contact kmashi and let them know that my battery bank is flashing 2 lights(it is) and is not charging devices, what do they recommend I do. they asked for the amazon order number, then proceed to 2 day ship a brand new 15000mah battery to me. didn't need me to send anything back, zero proof of it not working, all it took was 3 emails and they sent me a battery thats a newer model zero questions in 2 days. Picking a brand I never heard of, I was impressed they held up as they did, but I Didn't expect for support to exist at all, let alone be as helpful as they were.

so for any battery bank, go kmashi, cheapest by far and they have the best support. no reason to overspend unless you need pass through charging.

10/10 would let get wet again

a 16800mah battery, or 15000mah battery, lasted me a whole week. being able to use my phone with zero worries about battery life is the best thing in the world.
