Gigabyte P34W v3-D1 vs P34W v3-W1 ?

Hi there!
I have been making many plans and have begun to consider getting a laptop. I need it to be very portable and durable as it is for school. My original plan was to get a 'balls to the walls' PC and a cheapo laptop. I couldn't find the right balance with my 1650 +/- euro budget. Therefore I considered just buying a laptop, and I came across the  Gigabyte P34W v3-D1 and P34W v3-W1. I only know that there is a huge difference in price (200 euro), but I couldn't find any satisfactions on them in a language that I understood, and failed to see any difference. Could someone please help and state the difference. Or if you have a better recommendation go ahead ^^
