Need help with H100i GTX and Corsair Link

Hi, I got my H100i GTX a few days ago and it was working fine. however earlier it started making this buzzing noise, the LED won't turn on and now it has stopped being detected in Corsair Link. It is plugged in using the USB cable thing and I have tried reinstalling the link software. Anyone got an idea on how to fix this or will I have to RMA? Thanks
